How to book and pay

1. 1Send a request. It is free and commits you to nothing.
2. 2Within 24 hours a coordinator checks dates and price with the organiser and sends you a confirmation with the amounts.
3. 3A 20% deposit is paid directly to IRBIS HELI by invoice or payment link. The balance is due 7 days before the flight.

Karavanta does not take your money: you pay the organiser directly.

Booking terms

• •20% prepayment on signing the contract, the remaining 80% 7 days before the flight
• •Payment by bank transfer to the operator's account in tenge; payment in US dollars, euros or roubles by prior agreement
• •The flight request with the passenger list and weights is due no later than 7 working days before the flight
• •You can reschedule or cancel in writing no later than 5 working days before the flight
• •Cancellation or changes less than 5 days before the flight: the prepayment is not refunded, and the contract allows a penalty of up to 100% of the price
• •If weather prevents the flight — a new date by agreement or a refund of the prepayment
• •If you are more than 15 minutes late for departure, the captain may reschedule the flight
• •Waiting at a landing site for over an hour and overnight stays for the crew (hotel, meals, aircraft security) are charged separately
• •No smoking or alcohol on board; the captain decides on departure, route and landing
• •Bookings are made under a contract with the operator, IRBIS HELI
