Three days inside one of the world's biggest motorsport events: a camp at Moreeb Dune, quad and buggy routes across the Empty Quarter and the festival's night competitions.

Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at the festival
By 16:00 — the camp at Moreeb Dune: check-in, safety briefing, dune-riding training and vehicle prep. In the evening and at night — viewing points, shows and competitions, a tour of the competing teams.
Day 2
The long dune route
A guided caravan route: big dunes, a camel farm and a salt plateau. Lunch and refuelling at Assistance-1, then a hard section on the Desert Challenge track: tall steep dunes and tricky navigation. In the evening — a barbecue and the festival competitions.
Day 3
Self-navigation and finish
A morning route in self-navigation mode, return to camp, results and awards for the participants. Lunch and departure.

Three days with my son among endless dunes — on buggies and quads! Pedal to the metal, sand flying from under the wheels, wind in the face and emotions that are impossible to put into words! 🏎️💨
Now this is what I call a real vacation! No routine, only drive, freedom and total immersion in the moment. I got incredible sensations, recharged with energy and just had the time of my life! 🤘
And after the desert adventures — a gorgeous hotel with a pool, excellent food, a cool atmosphere and service that I have absolutely no complaints about. Everything is clear-cut, everything is top level! 👌

How to book and pay

- 2Within 24 hours a coordinator checks dates and price with the organiser and sends you a confirmation with the amounts.
- 3A 50% deposit is paid directly to Mega Drive Experience × AMA by invoice or payment link. The balance is due on site, on the day of the expedition.
Karavanta does not take your money: you pay the organiser directly.
Booking terms
- •50% prepayment to book, the balance can be paid on site on the day of the expedition
- •Payment: by invoice, SWIFT bank transfer or cryptocurrency
- •The invoice shows the amount in UAE dirhams and in US dollars: pay in dirhams from a UAE bank account, in dollars from other countries
- •Cancel 30 days or more before the start for a full refund of the prepayment, less the bank transfer fee
- •Cancel 29 to 7 days before the start and the prepayment is not refunded, but it is moved to other dates in the same season
- •Cancel less than 7 days before the start and the prepayment is not refunded
- •You can replace a participant free of charge at any time
- •If the expedition cannot run because of the weather or a sandstorm, it is rescheduled: we will offer other dates
