Quad and buggy rides at Liwa Festival: two-hour guided tours

During Liwa International Festival (11 December 2026 – 2 January 2027), Mega Drive Experience × AMA runs two-hour guided quad and buggy rides in a caravan. Groups leave three times a day, at 10:30, 13:00 and 15:30. Helmets, gloves, goggles and water are included.
How the ride works
Each group rides as a caravan behind a Mega Drive guide through the dunes near the festival. The ride takes two hours and includes stops for photos. Age and experience requirements are being confirmed, so ask at the stand before you book.
- Departures every day: 10:30, 13:00 and 15:30.
- Quad groups: 5–6 quads, one rider per quad.
- Buggy groups: 3–4 buggies, two people in each buggy.
- Duration: 2 hours with photo stops.

Mega Drive Experience × AMA has an information stand in Liwa Village at the festival. Ask the team there about the ride, the safety rules and the next free departure.
Payment
Payment for the festival rides is taken officially by the festival organisation. Mega Drive does not collect money at the stand.
Quad or buggy?
A quad is ridden alone and feels closer to the sand. A buggy seats two, so a couple or a parent and child can share one vehicle. If you prefer to share the ride, choose a buggy; if you want to drive yourself, choose a quad.
